If you are building a new scale system or wants to convert an existing scale system to wireless technology system take a look at this system. Easy to set up. Compatible with any indicator that is wired to any analog (mv/v output) load cell systems. Required to make two short cables between summing Junction box or load cell and transmitter than another short cable for scale indicator and receiver box. All connectors included, Frequency bands 433 MHZ, range of these units go up to 150 meters (300ft) bi-directional indication. Strong aluminum housing. Transmitter can power up 1-6 load cells that has 350 Ohm bridge resistance. Power consumption under weighing mode is 210 hours with One 350 Ohm load cell. Unit to reserve power if not in use goes into sleeping mode, soon as weight is measured wakes up automatically. After connections are made you will need to calibrate the scale, no set up required between wireless scale communication. (all boxes paired to each other for communication). Working temperature -10C – +60C. Transmitter has On/Off switch to reserve battery, charger plugs into the unit for quick recharge. Receiver is depending on scale indicator excitation voltage between 5-15VDC.
